My aim as a Holistic health practitioner and Yoga instructor is to help people understand how to find their natural balance and enhance well-being, regardless of age and even during times of illness. I have worked in natural therapies and well-being for most of my life and now specialise in helping promote relaxation, reduce anxiety, restore & rebalance body systems, and advise how to increase general well-being through complementary therapies, yoga techniques, and well-being exercises.
