Below is a selection of some of my classes available for you to choose from, depending on your personal interest or group needs. An average class duration is approximately 90 minutes.
HATHA YOGA FLOW
Based on a traditional Hatha yoga class. Warm up, Asanas poses, Pranayama breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation.
YOGA BASICS
Yoga teaches you how to concentrate your mind, improve muscle tone and invigorate your internal organs. It also teaches you how to breathe correctly and improve posture.
YOGA FOR WOMEN
Aimed at women at every life phase for better health and mental energy.
YOGA FOR STUDENTS
Stretching is the most natural way to release tension and when combined with correct breathing it can increase energy levels.
YOGA KIDS
Fun and interactive classes using games and stories.
FAMILY YOGA
Parents, grandparents and children can enjoy practising yoga together.
OFFICE TRAVEL CHAIR YOGA
Short yoga sessions designed for people with limited time.
These classes are available for groups, workshops, events and retreats.
