RELAXATION THERAPY
Relaxation therapy refers to a number of techniques designed to teach someone to be able to relax voluntarily. The following gentle classes are designed to help relax the body, calm the nervous system, slow down busy minds and recharge.
By slowing down the incessant sense of pace and demands can be achieved. This can help soothe levels of pain, anxiety, stress or anger and help improve sleep quality.
Relaxation is also a helpful aid towards recovery during times of illness and burnout. There are many forms of relaxation. It is a good idea to try out a few to see which ones work best for you. It doesn’t really matter which one you choose, what matters is that you try to practice relaxation and self care regularly, just 10 mins a day can make a difference to your health.

This class is a combined introduction to the above relaxation therapy techniques which can be used in daily life for different situations in order to access relaxation on demand.
