5 TIBETAN RITES
The 5 tibetans (T5T) is considered to be an anti ageing and rejuvenating practice. It is a series of five yoga like exercises performed up to a total of 21 times daily, which on average takes only 10 minutes. Two optional breathing techniques for focusing one’s awareness and achieving a deeper state of relaxation are also included.
These practices have the potential to improve vitality and overall wellbeing.
CHAKRA WELLBEING CLASS
Chakras are an ancient energy system. It is considered that this system, which consists of 7 main energy centres located from the base of the spine to the top of the head, should have free flowing energy for us to maintain optimum health and vitality.
These classes focus on balancing the chakras through movement, breathing and meditation.
7 SPIRITUAL LAWS OF YOGA
The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga integrates 5,000 year old Vedic wisdom with modern yogic interpretations creating a daily yoga practice to help you unite body, mind and spirit.
My classes are aimed as an introduction to this practice and to share the concept of practising a different spiritual principle every day.
Duration of each class approximately 90 minutes.
